Job Description:
Handle responsibilities for multiple projects, including planning, time tracking, resource allocation, reporting, etc
Experience with agile methodologies
Provide day-to-day direct communication with clients to understand their requirements and provide project status updates
Compile historical data available with the team and present it for reference of senior officials and the team members on the project
Present status reports of the project to the senior officials of the company and to clients
Assist in team development by removing road-blocks to their work, and empower team members to be fully engaged in the project with meaningful contribution
Manage pipeline of multiple complex projects and work streams, ensuring teams are working to fully agreed resource allocation levels
Actively participate in the company’s Project Management Office (PMO) and collaborate with other project managers to run and grow PMO practices and processes

Qualifications:
Strong experience in a fast-paced software development environment with proven use of Agile (scrum) development and knowledge of waterfall methodologies
Proven experience running multiple scrum teams
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a desire to drive continuous improvement through the project lifecycle
Excellent people management skills and the ability to demonstrate stakeholder management responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
Experience with Content Management Systems
PMP (Project Management Professional) and CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certifications a PLUS
At home in systems like Trello and Azure DevOp and comfortable with Sprints and Epics

We are looking for a Senior QA Specialist with experience in creating and executing test plans for content management systems (CMS) implementation projects. You will be working closely with Design and Development team on various client projects.
Qualifications
5 - 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing.
Experience with content management systems (such as Sitecore, Kontent, Contentful), web application testing, cross-browser testing, testing responsive designs, HTML 5, CSS, Javascript testing.
Ability to create QA testing plans and processes.
Ability to communicate issues with Backend and Frontend development teams.
Experience in handling both manual and automated testing.
Experience with Web API testing
Experience with various Automation tools, Selenium is a plus.
